About

Thoughtful and inquisitive, I will probably always have another question for you. I’m a pragmatic optimist who actually crosses the street to smell the roses. The farmer’s market is my candy store and in my free time I’m often in the kitchen roasting veggies—or on my yoga mat working on handstands and other feats of strength.

Experience design perfectly blends my analytical side's instinct for logic and order with my creative side's desire to develop tangible and meaningful products.

Using a strategic and methodical approach, I dive deep into details while maintaining a holistic view of the big picture. I excel at analyzing problems from every angle to deliver smart, intuitive solutions. Past jobs in quality assurance and usability enable me to deeply understand the full gamut of experience design.

My work is consistently driven by a commitment to create user-centric and intuitive digital solutions that have the user at their heart, balance business goals and tech realities, and solve whatever challenge is at hand.

Over the years I've collaborated with a range of brands such as Fidelity, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CVS, Keurig, Staples, Edgewell (Schick Skincare), Travelers Insurance, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Nixon Peabody, and Enterprise Mobility.

“I've known few people who have been able to focus so intensely on the work and care so much about the smallest details. But that's not to say that Gail loses any of the big picture in doing so.”

“Gail can wire. Write. User test. Facilitate. Debate. Share. Flex. Stretch. Lead. All while finding and cracking just about any nut a project could drop.”

“Gail is a deep thinker who has mastered the art of actively listening, reflecting, and responding. I find that distinguishes her in any room.”
